1- ENQUERY
2- INVITATION FOR INTRODUCTION CALL
Our first online introduction call is the perfect opportunity to determine if we're a good fit. During this call, you'll have the chance to share your ideas and dreams, giving me valuable insights into the wedding celebrations you envision.
3- YOUR BESPOKE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PROPOSAL IS READY AND EMAILED TO YOU
Your bespoke proposal is filled with valuable tips to start your journey towards capturing unforgettable moments. Choose from various carefully crafted packages that suit your unique style and preferences. Your bespoke proposal will be sent to you, your partner, and anyone involved in selecting the perfect wedding photographer or deciding about vendors for your exciting wedding celebrations.
A few days after receiving your bespoke photography proposal, we will schedule a follow-up call to ensure all your questions are answered and to discuss the available packages further. During this call, our goal is to help you select the perfect package that suits your needs, and once finalized, we can proceed with the booking process. We understand that making a decision may take some time, so we offer a 48-hour decision period where we will hold your desired date.
4- FOLLOW UP CALL, AFTER THE PROPOSAL

5- LET'S MAKE EVERYTHING OFFICIAL
You have made the excellent choice of having me as your destination wedding photographer, fabulous.
To set everything in stone and give you peace of mind, we will sign a contract. Your contract will be available for signing within
24 hours of booking confirmation, and you and your partner can easily sign it online. (No need for messy paperwork to be posted to you)
Once the contract is signed, we are nearly there!
The only thing left is to arrange your booking fee.
6- THE BOOKING FEE
Thank you both for signing the contract.
The only remaining step is to transfer
your booking fee, and then
we'll be all booked in.
The booking fee is 30% of the total price and will be deducted when you make the final payment.
To make things easier for you, we offer both bank transfer and credit card payment through Stripe
The invoice will include all the necessary details., which will be available within 24 hours of signing the contract.
If you're interested in payment plans, please contact us and we can discuss this further.
Please note that the final payment is due 14 days before your wedding.
7- An exciting journey towards your wedding celebrations awaits us.
We are ready for it..
You will be sent your payment receipt and a copy of your signed contract.
Now, let's discuss the details of your couple shoot if you have opted for one.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic time and capture fabulous photos.and arrange to meet at a place
that is meaningful to youn and at a time that works best for you. (please give us a few weeks to organise your couple shoot perfectly for you)
Our door is always open
In the past, we have gone shopping for wedding dresses with our brides (via video call), advised grooms on suit choices,
and attended online and onsite meetings with planners and florists.
If there is anything we can help you with, let us know.
As your wedding celebrations approach, we will work on a timeline together or discuss it further with your planner.
